My roof was a disaster, I had spent a good amount of money patching it with other roofing companies. I was driving along my street and saw a team working on a neighbor’s roof, I took a picture of the company name on the side of the truck and called later that day. I had an appointment with Superior for an estimate the next day, received a WRITTEN estimate which included code inspections etc. The quote was excellent, and I let them know I would proceed. They got me brochures so I could get the tile colors approved by our management. They followed up and said they could start later in the week. They even followed up with the management and provided insurance documents. The job was done in two days, approved and finished! I even received a copy of the code inspection. If that’s not all, after a couple months I had an issue with my water heater venting. The Gas Company had warned me on it and I thought it may have been knocked off kilter when they redid the roof. I e-mailed Superior and they were out the next day! All seemed okay, but their willingness to come out and check was fantastic. Long story short, if you are looking for a new roof, or repair, I highly recommend Superior.
